    Our Guarantee

    At Pray From Zion, we are committed to delivering your prayers with care and reverence. We stand behind our service with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

    Image Proof Guarantee

    If we are unable to provide image documentation of your prayer being placed at the chosen holy site, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

    Eligibility for Refund

    You may request a refund if:

    • Image proof of delivery is not provided within 7 days
    • Your prayer was not delivered to the correct holy site
    • There was a technical error in processing your submission
    • You requested cancellation before prayer delivery began

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds cannot be issued if:

    • Your prayer has already been successfully delivered with image proof
    • More than 30 days have passed since the delivery
    • The request violates our Terms of Service

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:

    1. Email us at support@prayfromzion.org
    2. Include your order confirmation number
    3. Explain the reason for your refund request
    4. Allow 3-5 business days for review

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
